Sandi grew up in Newport and graduated from Roger's High School. She went on to Northeastern University in Boston then graduated with a BA in English from University of Rhode Island. She earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and has been practicing law with a focus on Landlord Tenant issues since 2014.
